About our K-Polymer Photo Etching Process

Kennyetto’s K-Polymer Series utilizes a photo-etching process to provide flawless reproduction of logos and custom artwork. Etched photopolymer is made of a single piece construction and comes in a variety of thicknesses. Text and Braille are raised 1/32”. The sign is coated with an acrylic polyurethane paint, the raised portion is screen printed in a contrasting color.

Our K-Polymer Photopolymer is the ultimate choice when exacting raised detail is required. An 80 durometer polymer resin material is directly adhered to a variety of bases to create a high quality, environmentally friendly material.

Interior grade photopolymer is not recommended for applications where conditions of moisture are possible and/or present.
