About our K-Blasted Process

Kennyetto’s K-Blasted Series of sand carved melamine signs are a highly vandal resistant one-piece product that meets the most stringent Class A fire rating requirements. It combines beauty and durability and is particularly well suited for schools, public buildings, hospitals, and other high traffic facilities. Our K-Blasted process creates both crisp graphics and Grade 2 Braille. For exterior use, fiberglass can be substituted for melamine plastic. K-Blasted melamine is available in thicknesses of 1/8" or 1/4".

K-Blasted Melamine provides the maximum flexibility of color combinations. Choose your background color from our standard Matthews paint colors or any commercial paint system including Sherwin Williams, Benjamin Moore, Glidden, or PMS color. Standard text colors are white and black but custom colors are also an option.

We can produce your K-Blasted signs in any custom shape and we offer optional inset or flush borders, beveled or bull nosed edges. K-Blasted logo's create a very affordable upgrade to enhance your custom signs.
